Millenia of co-evolution has resulted in an often forgotten symbiotic relationship between humans and the plant medicine all around us. Ancient and holistic models of healing, including life-timelines, full body analysis, and medical intuition inform my approach to wellness.

I offer Herbal Wisdom internships including identifying herbs in the wild, cultivating them in your own backyard, accepting and amplifying their gifts through medicine-making, and creating your own beautiful Materia Medica filled with lived wisdom and beautiful botanical sketches.

This is a deeply honouring practice requiring humility and "new eyes" to see the gifts and offerings around us.
